These are systems in which all signals from your alarm panel are monitored 24/7 by professional operators, who verify the authenticity of the signal and determine the nature of the issue, notifying authorized persons or units in case of an alarm. When necessary, they contact the relevant law enforcement, fire department, police, or medical units to ensure the required intervention is carried out as quickly as possible.

Established in accordance with the relevant articles of Law No. 5188, it is an institution authorized by the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Turkey, operating in coordination with law enforcement units and subject to continuous inspection by official authorities. All employees at this center, where subscriber information and documents are kept confidential, have undergone security clearance and commenced their duties after the necessary notifications were made to the Police Department.

At the alarm monitoring center, signals received from alarm panels in cases such as burglary, fire, gas leakage, flooding, sabotage, or natural disasters are evaluated. Depending on the need, the system administrator, law enforcement, private security unit, or healthcare organizations are immediately informed to ensure rapid intervention.
